Article Processing Charge (APC)

Hipkin Journal of Educational Research (Hipkin JER) is an open-access journal. To support the costs of wide dissemination of research, peer-review management, and journal production, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors or their institutions upon acceptance of their manuscript.

Details of the APC:

  1. Submission Fee: There is no fee for submitting a manuscript to Hipkin JER. Authors only pay the APC if their paper is officially accepted for publication after the peer-review process.

  2. The fee covers the costs of editorial management, double-blind peer review, technical formatting (layouting), DOI registration through Crossref, and long-term archiving.

  3. Hipkin JER may provide a partial or full waiver of the APC for authors from developing countries or those with proven financial constraints, subject to approval by the Editorial Board. Requests for waivers mut be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.

  4. Payment Method: Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author via email upon the formal acceptance of the article.
