Abstract

The development of human resources for teachers and education personnel aims to provide opportunities for teachers and education personnel to develop and express themselves according to the needs, talents, and interests of each individual in accordance with the conditions needed in schools. Partnership building involves one-on-one training of a teacher by a trainer with the aim of improving student teaching and learning. The implementation of an effective instructional coaching program is a focus on a partnership approach. Instructional trainers make a critical contribution to school improvement by partnering with teachers to help them find better ways to reach more students.
